Who we are
This website was made by two great-looking and totally smart guys! The easiest way to introduce them is probably through a short questionnaire, which is exactly what we did. Go check out what these two guys have to say about themselves.
Erik Schierboom
- Where are you from?
- Doetinchem, The Netherlands.
- How old are you?
- I was born on the 3rd of June in 1981, guess that makes me 29.
- What do you do?
- Currently, I'm a web developer. That figures, right?
- What inspired you to create iCheckMovies?
- There was a time where my goal was to see all IMDb top 250 movies. After seeing virtually all of them, I moved on to the other top lists. Unfortunately, I found it harder and harder to remember what movies I had seen and thus the idea for iCheckMovies was born.
- Besides watching movies and programming, do you have any other hobbies?
- Yeah of course. I love to play football (soccer for the Americans among us), listen to music and play some games.
- What are your favorite movies?
- It is hard to single out one movie, so I'll share the honor between Once Upon a Time in The West, The Godfather, Pt. 2, 12 Angry Men and The Lion King. You can check out all my favorites at my favorites page.

- Sorry, I already have a lovely girlfriend.

- Nijmegen, The Netherlands.

- I'm 26 years old.
- What do you do?
- I'm a (web) designer and web developer. I also make music.
- What inspired you to create iCheckMovies?
- Erik did. And since Erik is a genius at programming, but a terrible designer, I had to help him out.
- Besides watching movies, designing, programming and making music, do you have any other hobbies?
- If a day had 36 hours, I would start collecting stamps.
- What are your favorite movies?
