no, JDC, just cause you can check off lots of these doesnt make it a good list. superknor, having action in it doesnt make it an action film. the heart of avatar clearly lies in scifi/fantasy, and the majority of the films on this list would be best described by other genres. for me, die hard, aliens, terminator, kill bill, and bourne are the only full-bodied action films here
