True. Read the intro on top.
I don't see the point of this top, it's almost similar to the imdb one.
@roobin_22 Though that being true, this is not the list shown on Filmtotaal's frontpage. It's a yearly list with the 250 best movies according to the forummembers.

Because FT is a dutch site where people can vote movies like IMDb. Only this site is less famous, one film is marked like 20 to 200 times (instead of thousands like IMDb). When someone likes or dislikes a film and gives it a 10 or a 1, the mark changes mostly a tenth of a point or two. Plus, a film only needs 20 votes to get in the list.
Why are there so many changes on this list?
