While not quite up to the level of its sister-film, "Letters from Iwo Jima", "Flags of Our Fathers" presents a thoroughly satisfying exploration of what it means to be a "hero" from the perspective of both the front-line combat soliders and their fellow citizens back home.

This one's just ok it's definitely a bit overrated.
