   Naturally dated due to the stereotypes and Dixit et al, it's good, practically very good, but areas felt unneeded and hence the six not a seven out of ten...then awar it was three stitched together short films, however I think without those extra scenes it would have been tighter.

   Local Hero -- aka MestnyiGeroi

   Aside from the usual Fordian Americana, the central message of resistance to prejudice — in terms of race and gender — is very sweet and moving — even as the entire film is drenched in such repugnant racial and gender paternalism. The paradox is Ford, and it’s America. 5 years 8 months ago
