   This is why it's famous and in Tim Dirk's list: "During the making of the first segment "Time Out" during the summer of 1982, two child actors (7 year-old My-ca Dinh Le and 6 year-old Renee Shin-Yi Chen) and Vic Morrow (the father of actress Jennifer Jason Leigh) were killed in a freak helicopter crash, on July 23rd (at around 2:20 am), during the Vietnam-based scene." 8 years ago

   Rosenbaum hasn't included several world masterpieces in his list but he includes THIS and of all the reasons to justify a work of art, he mentions it's about the It's a Good Life "revision" segment of this film and only??? Yeah, even if that's the sole reason, I don't buy it since as it stands, it's merely cute as a portmanteau film of some famous Twilight Zone episodes but...without the necessary spices to lift it up to camp greatness. Now, even excluding Dante's short from the rest of the collection, it's still not enough for it to be part of a top 1000 list, especially one coming from Jonathan Rosenbaum. 7 years 3 months ago
