I absolutely loved it that the movie takes its time to do everything. I really enjoyed it that the first hour or so is just trying to find the samurai, the average Hollywood movie would've done this in 1/4 of the time. The final fights in the end look like there are just a few guys running around waving sticks at each other though, it could've improved on that.
So Jesus gets beat up for half an hour and then half of the movie we see him walking carrying the cross and falling over a bunch of times. Huge disappointment.
I see why some people like it as it has NPH, Nathan Fillion and Felicia Day in it, which was part of the reason I watched it (although I don't Felicia). But for everything else it is pure shite.
I expected a lot more from this movie going by the trailer. I like movies with a complicated plot and loads of talking a lot, especially if there is some action and politics involved. 12 Angry Men, Ghost in the Shell, Dune etc. were absolutely good but this was just not up to par.
I didn't follow the story completely all the time and thus I may have missed a few points. Maybe I will change my position on this when I re-watch it in a couple of months.

3/10 because the action is somewhat decent.About every other line is cliché or an obvious plot twist. I had a facepalm moment at least once every 5 minutes.
I expected this seeing the decline in quality from the previous 2 movies. Maybe that's why it took me so long to see it.
