What is a perfect movie you ask? Well it comes from the WYSO radio show Filmically Perfect (available as a free podcast on itunes) where George Willimam (of the Library of Congress Film Archives) and J. Todd Anderson (storyboard artist for the Coen Brothers and many others) along with host Nikki Dakota review movies they consider perfect. The criteria used to choose these movies are 1. A perfect movie creates the world it exists in. 2. A perfect movie sustains that world. And 3. Regardless of changes in society, it retains meaning and entertainment value.
