Okay, I just checked IMDb's math forumla for putting movies in the top 50s. I can see it's reasons, but at the same time, it's one of the reasons I'm not too fond of IMDb's rating system....
The biggest miss here is Stop Making Sense. From what I've seen, it just might be the best concert film ever. It has an 8.1 IMDb score, higher than others on the list...
This is dreadful! I love musicals-- I've seen enough to put a a gay man to shame! (love gay guys to death, this isn't a slam)-- and there are hardly any real musicals here! This is sad :(
JackRyan, if I recall correctly there are a few music pieces in there, the two main characters are musicians on the run, not to mention they travel as a BAND. If that does not qualify it to be tagged as music, then I don't know what does.
