Probably my favorite list on this site. If you can manage to watch all 519 movies, you'll have a really broad knowledge of film. I myself have only seen 90 of them. Better get started.

I believe #514 Punk's Not Dead (2007) (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0350002/) wasn't in the series but The Not Dead (2007) (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2060560/) was.
I've checked the wiki entry as you suggested, and will use it to recheck the movies in this list later on, but have decided to postpone it until all the movies are included there. Thanks :)
I suppose so. The list was compiled from the "Connections" tab at IMDB, for each one of the episodes. If I've missed something feel free to tell me, and I'll add it here straight away.

I have the book and loved it but I never saw the documentary.More films are cited in the book (over 800)
