   A fitting conclusion to a surprisingly solid trilogy. Emotionally satisfying and visually stunning (likely at least in part thanks to visual consultant Roger Deakins), this trilogy as a whole will make for great repeat viewing. I was especially impressed by

   the emotional depth given to Astrid, whose small scenes with Hiccup’s mother make for a leadership B-arc to mirror Hiccup’s own.

   Still the same high quality as the first and second part in this part 3 - recommended! Nice CGI, nice environments, fun for the whole family and I really like the character of the villain. 4 years ago
