Fans of the book might take serious umbrage at a few plot decisions regarding Nemo that drastically change his character, but other than that it's a somewhat faithful rendition of the classic story. Being a Disney production means that the story will by default have a lighter touch compared to certain parts of the book, but I was also struck at how modern the tone was. Clean cut Douglas and Lorre lend a very modern feel which took me out of the time period in which the film takes place. 1 year 11 months ago -
