), this movie is worth a watch for its aesthetic value alone. The SFX dream sequences are excellent, and the carefully-stylized, retrofuturistic vibe is incredibly visually captivating—though I was unsatisfied with the last half of the plot events, lacked sympathy for any of the characters, and disliked the ending, I still enjoyed the ride. Viewers familiar with the city of Edmonton (Alberta) will have some additional fun identifying local establishments throughout the film.
