They spent five million dollars (!) making this piece of garbage. Please tell me that money didn't go to these "actors" or the "animators" who were responsible for the worst use of CGI in cinematic history. Words can hardly describe how bad this movie is.

anyone seen this? The reviews make it out to look like a weird film. Which kind of makes me curious...

Currently rated 1.6 out of 10 on IMDb based on 7,968 votes. I'm not sure why it still shows here as a 5+ rating.

This movie is the typical argument against anyone having any faith in imdb ratings. Why is icheckmovies giving it so much importance is beyond me.
A bunch of idiots decided to get some amateur movie a great rating and people kept it going. I have seen better acting, directing, editing, just about anything on youtube by 13 year olds.

IMDb top 1000 voters: 2.1.

Another case of someone using a bot or something to game the IMDb rankings. I don't know how often this happens, but I've seen it for at least one other terrible, amateur movie (which still has a falsely inflated rating, even after IMDb stripped some 30,000+ fake votes):

Do yourself a favor and don't watch this for the award. It wastes your time and rewards the crooks. Hopefully IMDb will take care of it soon. Send them an email about it to speed up the process.

I believe this might be the victim of troll reviews, giving high points to a terrible movie. It's the director's only IMDb credit, and the most prominent credit for many of the actors. This (combined with the comments about the movie being odd) points to a scenario that does not follow the adage "know the rules, so you can break them effectively".

Whether it's so bad it's good is probably up to the viewer, but when the lead actor's brother is one of the 10-or-so IMDb reviews, not a good sign.
