It's rather practical socio-documentary, but not without music and occasional commentary of the narrator.
In the end, I find it okay to watch but learned more from Wikipedia by looking up Quilombo and Creole peoples or Brazil's Cinema Novo. I get way more info from the latter, but more of the mood from the former. 21 minutes of some historical merit.
