An interesting story that was well shot and mostly well acted. The only thing that stops me rating it higher was that the writing used a lot of really cliched tension building tactics that distracted from what were naturally tense situations.
It's understandable that the "pacing" in a war movie is somewhat unrealistic because in reality there is a lot of standing around waiting in war but when things are actually happening there is no need to artificially create tension. It's a war! It's tense by default ... 1 year 9 months ago -
