It's always a pleasure to see Brendan Gleeson, and I think it's about time for an Oscar nomination - the honesty and persistency of his performance is ultimately carrying the film.
A hard hitting film that explores the changing times with the status of the catholic church. And where better than Ireland. Brendan Gleeson is of course superb.
Great movie on many levels though it isn't an easy watch.
Gleeson was once again quite simply brilliant. The only thing I disliked was Aidan Gillen's godawful Sligo accent which was so blatantly fake it was off putting.
to see which of your friends have seen this movie!
