I loved this movie and primarily because of these things - the photography and the attention to detail. It is by far the most historically accurate compared to other movies in this genre. The pictish designs on the dolmans are - noting the design of the cresent moon bisected by the broken arrow. Compare this to Hollywood's Troy which had an Indonesian wallhanging in a tent.
