It has its moments, and Kino-Lorber always does a great job with the transfer and score. Not essential by any means, but not bad considering Hitchcock considers it his worst movie. 2 years ago -

It's funny. It's nice. It's a comedy.
Although it is not as intense as we would associate to the later Hitchcock, there are some nice findings in some scenes. I'd remark the ending, specially the beautiful final take before the end, as one of the movie finest moments.
Also, I'd dare to say that in the relationship between the father and the girl, there is some pretty rich material for psychoanalysis.
