Full of meta humor on animated series and the entertainment & nostalgia industry, brought to you by the team of Lonely Island / SNL. I thought the movie at its core was rather mediocre but the jokes in the vein of Popstar (2016) are worth it. Also ffo: Lego Movie, Roger Rabbit, Space Jam (lol not the new one).

Sometimes it feels like someone spent millions of dollars to make a movie specifically for me. This is one of those. It's probably not that good, but it was made by someone who loved what I loved and presents a meta nostalgia piece that I will respond to.
