Good but not great. Location and feel is high up there, performances so so. Keitel is his usual character.
The flaw of this movie is in its pacing. It doesn't have the right momentum for a cat and mouse movie. Compare it to Heat for example.
Keitel's investigations kind of go nowhere and they use movie trickery to cover up that fact. You barely get to see Dorff except for one or two scenes during the middle of the movie. 1 year 7 months ago
