I am deeply surprised to see a listed Schlisie-movie.
Especially this one.
To enjoy it, you have to know something about this movie:
After the berlin wall fell, it was a really spontaneous act to shoot a movie that opposed to how the yellow press tried to establish a feeling of fake, sentimental nostalgia, so the film team (just Schlingensief's closest friends) shot and finished it in a few days with no very script and released it rapidly.
It was meant as an act of rebellion against the Bild journal in the very days of the german "reunion" and of course it produced big waves of resistance and incomprehension.
This movie wants to be an unpretentious bone of contention and not at all part of a canon.
It really isn't Schlingensief's best movie, but a bit more fun to watch if you know about this fact.
