The first 5 minutes were horrible (soundtrack far too loud and music not fitting the action on screen at all). Once that calmed down, the movie was fantastic.
Very shocking, keeps you at the edge of your seat and leaves you disturbed. It's also very scary because in real life, this situation would go to even more extreme measures (the Abu Ghraib prison tortures). I didn't expect this, wow.

It's going right alongside "Requiem for a Dream" in my "loved, and am never going to watch again" pile. This was almost indescribably harrowing.
