Cynically cute and not funny even once. My 10 year old sister would have loved it, though. It uses every cheap comedy trick in the book, and few of the comedic elements have anything to do with the story and are blatantly inserted. So for youngsters this works, but I would never call it a family film. The animation was good but a bit too clean and soulless in the outdoor sequences. Obligatory Matrix shot and dancing scene in the end, because how else could you end a movie?wmvankoppen
