This one definately contains one of the best Indian songs I know ("Chaiyya chaiyya"). Apart from that, it's a really interesting story about war, terrorism, seperatism and India in general. The story is told in an unusual way... it's never gonna be one of my favorite films, but it does have some appeal.

Interesting to see some other parts of India (and Bhutan) in a mainstream movie. Wikipedia counts this as Parallel Cinema, though.
