Some of their other movies (like Date Movie or The Starving Games) had at least some semblance of a plot. This was just a long string of unrelated pop culture references, throwing one after another in your face in the hopes that you'll find something funny. It also feels dated, so if you don't remember all the movies that were coming out shortly before this one did, a lot of the references won't make sense.
