I think there are some composite shots with really nice matt paintings of LA in ruins. Alyssa Milano is cute. That's about the best I can say.

There's undoubtedly a million reasons not to like this film. However I find it a fun, pacey, visually interesting movie. Sure it makes very little sense but why should that get in the way of the fun?
