The animation is really poor, almost 20 years late. But my daughter liked it.

I am back after a screening today....
The lip syncing/movement do not match the articulation in practically every shot.
Aside from this, the colour pallet and artistic detail, plus the humour was a big positive.
It was a kids orientated screening and a cancellation let me to attend. It was interesting seeing where they laughed and at what, and what led them to bounce in there seat with excitement in addition to what bored them (I was sat at the back as I needed to leave promptly after - location of exit). I indeed did find different areas humourous and vice versa (I hadn't appreciated this in e.g. (and specifically Pixar films at cinemas previously).
The story was fine and a liked a couple of elements to stop the plot being too predictable from start to finish (a few things stood out where they put extra effort to produce something that wasn't simply the quickest 'win').
(Lastly I liked the accurate historical references) 7/10 (just squeezes a 7 as I enjoyed it dispite the lip issues which are a big no no) 6 years 2 months ago
