Incredible black and white photography.

The cinematography is so stunning that I wanted to turn off the subtitles so that they'd stop getting in the way. And I don't speak a word of Polish.

Some of the finest motion picture photography I've seen in years.

Very beautiful, and also a compelling (and shocking) story.

Cinematography was truly outstanding. Bunch of black-white photography that amazes so much.

Beautifully shot but cold and ultimately hard to love.

that famous scene was hilariously funny for me. i don't know but it made me chuckle. the movie lacked something that's for sure, it didn't feel genuine.

There used to be a time when Foreign language Oscar winners were brilliant movies who could even trump the Best Picture Oscar winners of their year.

Looks like post 2009, just boring and pretentious movies have been winning that title. This movie is another snoozefest like them,

The cinematography was almost too good. And I don't mean it in a good way.
