Should have been called "Vienna". Strong women made the West too.
Fabulous! Completely atypical mesmerizing western.
I'm not in the least surprised that this Western is included in so many lists. A second viewing made me enjoy it even more than the first time many years ago. Great cast, who else but Joan Crawford could have played Vienna? But it would be unfair not to mention Ernest Borgnine who made the best of his limited screen time and Scott Brady, one of my favourite villains. His scene towards the end could not have been bettter played (or directed!)
