The plot is a bit more confusing than usual, and you have to watch the ARISE OVAs to understand some of the stuff going on. Other than that, the movie is gorgeous (though it lacks the feeling that the first two movies gave about a filthy, dirty city, full of back alleys and dead ends. This one is a bit too clean for my liking) and the animation superb.PS: I wish they went back to the original design of the characters, specially Motoko...

As always with production IG, a good job!The colours and animation are great, the story is classic, but close to a probable future.
