Fascinating study of loneliness and the need to connect.

It's not bad, but not really good either, like life?

A quiet little film that puts Bill Murray on a totally new level, with Japan as an unusual backdrop that continually interests and surprises. Beautiful and poetic, especially the ending.

That was beautiful. It makes me sad that people find it dull.

Very creative movie, with two great performances. Bill Murray is just Bill Murray, and Scarlett Johansson surprises very much with this character.

Also, very good soundtrack.

Rather shallow, but it's so nicely executed and presented that I couldn't hate it.

A true masterpiece, Lost In Translation is my favorite movie; it gets better with every time I watch it. And I've watched it more than seven times by now.

A beautiful and extremely tender look at cultural divides and the need to connect with someone that just "gets you".

Murray is fantastic and has some very clever lines.

What an ending. Spectacular.

I'm sure LIP MY STOCKING lingers in the minds of many fans of the film.

A typical "love it or hate it" movie. I enjoy it every time.

Is there anyone more beautiful than Scarlett Johansson in this film?

Characters Charlotte and Bob are the worst kind of people - those who think they're deeper and smarter than everyone else when they're actually just self-indulgent, unappreciative, boring assholes. And if that wasn't enough, the film is incredibly racist through out.
