Well this was perfect. I think Love Me Tonight is my favorite musical from the 30s. Really funny, creative sound and cinematography and filled with charm and happiness. LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very creative, most definitely ahead of its time. If you enjoy musicals then this is one to watch! Myrna Loy as Countess Valentine steals the show for me.

"Seems aged, even for its age."

Actually it's quite ahead of its time.

This had other redeeming qualities to keep me interested (especially a great bit part by Myrna Loy), but man, Maurice Chevalier is unwatchably awful.

Maurice Chevalier is difficult to understand at times, but this is a film full of stars. Not just famous people, but actual movie stars in their prime.

Love Me Tonight is lovely, but I prefer The Love Parade.
