Nothing about that scene suggested in any way there was a connection between the two. I mean they might as well said, People, like to smoke when drinking alcohol, and smoking leads to smoking weed which leads to heroin. So drinking Alcohol leads to heroin.
Implying that weed can cause accidents and injury to others is why it is illegal, yet justifying Alcohol which has lead to more deaths then people smoking weed or suggesting smoking cigarettes is better because you can do things while smoking and would rather have a doctor smoke a cig then a joint is insanity.

Also, there are lots of different kinds of weed, what if you want to take weed to say sleep? Or relax, relieve Anxiety, Stress or pain when you aren't doing anything? Well PSA, what do you have to say then? Huh?
