Full of crap, like most propaganda, but it's quite hilarious to watch. In one particular scene it tells of the enemy's propaganda as being all 'lies, lies, lies', illustrated with some funny animations. There are many lines like this; it could have been a parody. Very enjoyable. It does have some great content and it is well made.
