https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wW6mKmohRzc. I found the auto-translated subtitles to be adequate and even conveyed the extremely dry and biting satirical tone well enough. I'd be a bit lost even even with a perfect translation due to the sheer velocity of the narration and the lack of knowledge of the various highlighted mid-century German bureaucracies, politicians, and businessmen. I'd love to know from German viewers how much extra depth that knowledge brings to the movie. The strong critique of the German military-industrial complex and post-war society rings loud and clear, however, and is well worth watching. 2 years 9 months ago

A great percentage of the political class in West Germany was active member in the NSDAP almost every one closed the eyes for this injustice because of the economic wonder years. Therefore is only with a satirical touch that this film could be narrated. On the other hand Bonn was and is a typical provincial city which contrast ironically also to the Nazi Ministers that were very international active. 2 years 4 months ago

Thanks to Qwijybo. I watched with my intermediate German and auto-translated adequate English subtitle.
However one must have lots of knowledge about then-current politics and bureaucracy!
