Basically a mashup of Supersize Me and Fed Up but not as informative as either one. It's a good message but you're better off watching the other two.Gnome149

Highly recommended even though it only does half the job. OK sugar is bad and we shouldn't have that much... But the documentary doesn't do a good job of actually telling us what to eat since sugar is almost anywhere.
