Brilliant acting completely destroyed by a terrible plot and even worse special effects. Ugh.... that gingerbread-blob scene still haunts me.

Typical Terry Gilliam, I think, in that it's very dark and very divisive. I didn't actually love or hate it. I don't think it's his best movie I've seen yet but it could have been worse.

I just love this one! A great mixture of comedy, fairy-tale, fantasy...

Heath Ledger was just so cute in this, the way he portrayed his character was incredibly enjoyable. Wonderful. Peter Stormare was also amazing and added lots of comedy to the movie.

Lots of good scenes... lovely special effects... great!
