The "Yukon Village" in this film was built in a field near our house outside Oslo. Apparently Charlton Heston thought that Norway had snow year round, as kept delaying his arrival until the snow had melted. (Only reason I watched this movie, which was pretty bad.) 12 years 11 months ago
