It blew my mind, but i don't know if i should favorite this because i don't know if things where really like that back then. I'm afraid it may be a little sensationalist.

A paltry work of art in comparison to the toweringly great novel that it's based on, but if you don't mind a shit-ton of sentimentality, Henry Fonda as the least Okie-sounding Okie possible, and a pretty trite theme, you can enjoy some nice cinematography and a few good supporting performances. There are worse ways to spend two hours, though there are about a million better ways, too.
