Animation work was great. Everything else was mediocre. My 6-year-old, who is no critic, only "liked" it. If he doesn't "love" something, it means it was pretty weak.
I don't understand why they gave the Grinch a backstory about why he doesn't like Christmas, but they still do the "heart was two sizes too small" thing from the book.
They added a reason for him not liking Christmas, but also kept in the book's much more vague reason.
6+/10
No 7-8/10 as a story, but also fun for adults and fantastic CGI as well as cozy imaginative Christmas environments. It was a really good thing they did NOT follow the story of the 2000 Jim Carrey movie (!).
Stylish and logical disc menu, which is often the fact at Universal Pictures productions... And I think they have the f-n' nicest and coolest movie company logo including the tiny piece of pompous music.

The Grinch wasn't mean enough. Overall, it just fell flat to me. However, the animation was well done.Emiam

Poco realistico. Non tanto per il fatto cheSicuramente è a scopo educativo ma m'immagino cosa sarebbe successo a Gaeta.
