As far as Direct-to-DVD Disney movies go, this wasn't bad. It has a few good songs, a few good new characters, and a decent story. However, it falls into the usual Disney sequel trap of basing everything on the motivations from the first movie. Things haven't moved on, things weren't resolved after all, and instead we have a less well constructed ending. The animation, music, voice acting, script--basically everything--can't compare to The Lion King, but there are far worse Disney sequels floating around. This was good enough to warrant a viewing.Emiam

I really liked this movie, the characters are pretty cool and the songs are nice too. It's not as amazing as the first, but it is still a good movie to watch.MissPenguin
