One day they'll realize there are other actors who could play psychos apart from Leto. The plot is okay but it was stretched out a bit too long without any real hangers or exciting bits. It seemed as if they tried to give it a True Detective vibe but it didn't work out. A mediocre movie with no space for the supporting cast. I'm honestly just sort of puzzled. The messaging on this was bizarre. It felt like they actually wanted you think, "Sure, sometimes cops
get stressed out and kill suspects or innocent bystanders and then their buddies help them cover it up,
