Absolutely fantastic songs throughout. The first time he steps into Christmas Town is pure magic.

Selick doesn't get enough credit for this one IMO, he is a genius which is further proved by Coraline.

Wow. So much hate for a good movie. I mean, I don't like it that much either, but calling it the most overrated movie ever is ridiculous. You should at least give it a credit for not being another CGI animation and not being insulting to the intellect like most of the animations these days. It has many good themes and visually it's a masterpiece. Perfect family film.

I had heard such great things about this film and I have to say I was utterly disappointed at how awful it was. The music was an albatross around its neck. Awful.
