I honestly dont know why people hate on this movie but love Step Brothers. This movie is hilarious. Step Brothers is mindless trash. The only fault this movie has is that the plot is too smart, or at least it tries to be, it just comes off as clunky. But the jokes and the chemistry of the two leads are pitch perfect

I actually found it moderately good though. Some cheap and annoying stuff, but also some fun parts, mostly just really average qualitywise though. Nothing stood out, except the jump :D

As every "buddy" comedy, it was machist, but this was to be expected. What annoyed me more was the exaggerated use of foreign and black "bad guys". I mean: Wall Street (which this movie is denouncing) isn't exactly run by Nigerian, English, Australian or Chechen bandits, is it?
How strange. I just came from "The Nice Guys", and the difference between these comments and the ones over there are night and day.
What's even more strange is that I feel like the negative comments here should be over there, and the positive comments there should be over here.
This isn't a perfect film. Not at all. There are some annoying moments, as well as some unnecessary moments. Is it a good film regardless? Yes!
It's a bloody good buddy-cop film. I'm not a huge fan of Mark and I can give-or-take on Will, but they were absolutely perfect in this film. They had fantastic chemistry and really became their characters. The two of them alone are worth seeing this film, but when you add Michael Keaton to the mix...absolutely brilliant.
I guess I'm in the minority when it comes to loving it, but I really do. It's not my all-time favourite film, but I do enjoy watching it occasionally. I've watched it a few times over the years, and it still gets a few laughs out of me.

I didn't think this movie was as funny the second time I saw it (loved it the first time), but it was still quite enjoyable.
