As an empty-headed action movie, I enjoyed it more than I probably should have. There are a couple of decently choreographed fights, and Ray Stevenson is almost brilliant as Frank Sr -- the father-son dynamic is fun. 7 years 6 months ago -

The Transporter movies up until now were basically one solid movie followed by two increasingly silly ones. Nonetheless, we enjoyed Mr. Statham in all three and the series secured his place in Hollywood.
And now we get this... de-Statham'ed, soulless, vapid misguided attempt at another sequel/reboot/rehash... I don't even know what to call it. I seriously hope Ed Skrein was fired from GoT instead of leaving to make this movie, because that's the kind of bad decision that'll drive a man to suicide.
Let's just mark this whole thing down as a total disaster and forget it happened.
Needless to say, not recommended. Especially if you enjoyed the previous three Transporters. 8 years 3 months ago
