Trial-by-jury: what a joke. Exciting this type of documentaries may be, it often boils down to the same thing: this horrible joke called 'trial by 12 men'. Judges have to study law for years and years for a reason, you can't replace them by a bunch of dumb uninformed fucks. Sorry for the language, but this really pisses me off. In a matter of life and death, no uneducated person should have any business in a court room. Seriously, I would totally refuse jury duty if I lived in a system like this and had any honesty about my own capabilities. 11 years 9 months ago
