A twist at the end doesn't excuse unbelievable characters. All of them seem incredibly unlikable, and their actions never seem justified because their reasoning, in the eyes of the viewer (me), isn't sound. That bothered me a lot.
I don't know, maybe I caught it on the wrong night, but I didn't find it even remotely scary or entertaining. Definitely annoying and infuriating. I wouldn't recommend it, and I certainly think it's IMDb rating is at least a full point too high.
