This movie has lost some of its power. Even tough nuclear attack from terrorists or unstable countries like Pakistan could happen, it will not cause the scenario depicted in the movie where Russia carpet bombs the entire UK. It would still be utterly horrible, tough. And no, I don't think the Russians would actually do that anymore...
