Really medicare movie. Nothing really good enough to suggest watching it, to be honest. The Dialogue at a lot of parts was hard to understand and the characters were all over the place and just really dislikable for the sake of being dislikable. Some of the acting was downright terrible other acting was fine. I didn't find it very scary, disturbing or disgusting. Had an interesting concept wasted on poor execution. Pollyanna McIntosh and Lauren Ashley Carter both did fine in the film, and were the only really good parts of the movie when it came to acting. But there were far to many scenes that were added to just fill running time and so unrealistic in dialogue. Skip it and watch Jug Face (for Lauren Ashley Carter) and Burke & Hare (for Pollyanna Mcintosh) instead. Also is the singer who did the soundtrack a friend of the director or producer? As one person did all the music for the movie (almost) and it was a long list of songs. The music was ok, but nothing special and at some parts didn't really fit the mood of the scene.
Tearing apart the all-american happy-happy-happy family. And a kick in the face to all abusers. As you can see in the other comments it evokes strong feelings and it's quite unique.
It had so many potential... And then they decided to screw it up. As the movie was ending I just couldn't believe how bad and ridiculous it was! A poor try of savage gore and an overqualified wild woman. Since the begining till the end: unbelieveble wtf.
Agreed, a plot taking a number of bad turns untill I had enough after about 70 minutes, when even one more character is taken hostage in the basement. A piece of filth without meaning or purpose.

Basically Masters of Horror: Jenifer but with the worst characters and the most undescribably stupid script.Kind of liked the feminist aspect tho.

Irrational, unjustifiably nutso characters, and a badly written gore-vehicle... I hated it.Cassiodoro
